Shipping and delivery

Once your order has been shipped and you have been provided a tracking number via email, it is in the hands of the selected carrier, and we are no longer responsible for the package.

When items are listed as pre-order, announcements will be made about when orders will be shipped out.

Once shipped please allow US deliveries to take up to 14 business days, and for international orders, up to 8 weeks. If you have any concerns, please use the tracking information provided in your email inbox to follow up with the shipping carrier directly.
